TGR1-2,5/2 thyratron with mixed filling is designed for operation in ignitron ignition circuits and in controlled rectifiers.
Specifications TGR1-2.5/2:
Heating voltage - 2.5 V.
Glow current - no more than 14 A.
The voltage drop between the anode and the cathode is no more than 22 V.
The amplitude of the direct and reverse voltages of the anode is not more than 2 kV.
Anode current amplitude - no more than 30 A.
Average anode current - 2.5 A
Ignition voltage - no more than 150 V.
The change in the grid voltage value is no more than 4 V.
Durability criterion:
- voltage drop between the anode and cathode of the TGR1-2.5/2 thyratron - no more than 28 V;
