SG1P-EV
Glow discharge Zener diode of increased durability, reliability and mechanical strength in a glass finger-type design.
Designed to directly stabilize DC voltage or create a reference voltage.
Can be used in measuring equipment, as well as in superheterodyne receivers to stabilize the voltages of screen grids and anode circuits of heterodynes.
Zener diode SG1P-EV is used in special purpose radio engineering devices.
The cathode is cold.
The cylinder is filled with an argon-helium mixture.
Works in any position.
Available in glass finger design.
7-pin base with button bottom.
