This Tube was made in USSR in 1980's by MELZ (Moscow plant of electric lamps)
or on russian - МЭЛЗ "Московский электроламповый завод".
The logo of this plant You can see on the metal parts of this Tube.
This lamp is sold together with a passport - manual and native packaging. Never been used.
